ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times vary depending on product availability and destination:
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 7–20 business days
• International: 10–25 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Swerv Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Swerv Supply is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving any issues.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
